• Graduate education in electronics or electrical engineering.
• Several years of experience in power systems, especially substation protection apparatus.
• Customer support experience and ability to deliver training in classroom and field environments.

• Willingness to travel to other countries.

Responsibilities

• Provide product consultation, training and support on protection testing and diagnostic equipment for digital protection systems.
• Troubleshoot technical problems for customers and sales support; provide on-site support for OMICRON applications.
• Develop and deliver training for OMICRON's products, both in person and via webinars.
• Provide input on new products, product strategies, development, and application needs.
• Work with power system assets across generation, transmission and distribution.
• Manage and develop application notes and technical papers, including presentations at seminars/conferences.
• Travel up to 50%.
