Royal London is seeking a Proposition Manager to shape and deliver protection propositions. You will use data and insights to drive end-to-end development and deliver propositional innovations for customers and advisers.

The role involves creating new propositions or adjusting existing ones to support Royal London's protection strategy, while enhancing experiences for customers, employers and advisers. Hybrid working is available, with emphasis on collaboration across teams.

Qualificações

• Experience in financial services, with protection experience preferred.
• Experience working in an FCA-regulated environment is desirable.
• Pensions experience would be advantageous but not essential.

Responsabilidades

• Support delivery design, maintenance and enhancement of protection propositions.
• Use data and insights to progress shaping and end-to-end development of propositions.
• Create new propositions or modify existing ones to support the protection strategy.
• Lead specific workstreams within larger initiatives.
• Gather customer and business insight to inform requirements.
• Define proposition requirements and secure stakeholder buy-in.
