Zurich Insurance Company in the UK is seeking a Retail Protection Product Consultant to help design, implement and manage protection products that secure customers’ financial futures. You’ll work in multi-functional teams to balance speed to market, project costs, regulatory compliance and shareholder return.

You will focus on delivering customer-centric propositions, understanding the UK Life market, and leading or supporting projects to refresh or create protection offerings to meet customer

• Experience in UK Retail Protection market.

Responsabilidades

• Design, implement and maintain propositions on our Life Protection Platform.
• Analyse market, competitors and customer needs to identify gaps.
• Develop ideas to enhance existing and new propositions.
• Assess feasibility, build business cases and recommend proceeding.
• Lead or support projects to refresh or create new protection propositions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet customer needs and ensure compliance.
• Identify, monitor and mitigate delivery and regulatory risks before launch.
• Maintain propositions on industry quote portals and best advice systems.
• Understand regulatory changes and their impact on protection.
