Job summary

Howden Life & Health in Cardiff is seeking a Protection Adviser to join the Leads Review Team. You will call existing clients to review their protection arrangements, build rapport, and help them understand their current cover and any changes needed.

You will manage client records across multiple systems, handle high volumes of outbound calls, and work toward daily and monthly targets, with training provided and hybrid working options in Cardiff.
