We are growing the Howden Life & Health sales team, offering a hybrid role based in Cardiff with full training and ongoing support to help you build a successful career in protecting clients.

The role focuses on warm leads, building rapport, and delivering compliant advice while meeting daily targets.

No previous sales experience? No problem. We provide full training and ongoing support to help you build a successful career.

What You’ll Be Doing
