Job summary

Howden Life & Health in Cardiff is seeking ambitious individuals to join our Leads Review Team. No previous sales experience? No problem. We provide full training and ongoing support to help you build a successful career.

You will call existing clients to review protection arrangements, build rapport, and identify changes in needs while handling high outbound call volumes and keeping accurate records. This role offers a hybrid setup and opportunities to grow with the team.

• Calling existing clients to review their current protection arrangements.
• Building rapport and understanding customers' current needs and circumstances.
• Helping clients understand their existing cover and identifying changes in needs.
• Managing client records accurately across multiple systems.
• Handling a high volume of outbound calls.
• Achieving daily and monthly performance targets.
• Delivering excellent customer service and compliant advice.
• Keeping up to date with product knowledge and market changes.
• Identifying opportunities to recommend additional protection when appropriate.
