Qualifications

• No prior sales experience required; full training provided.

Responsibilities

• Calling client-led enquiries (warm leads) to discuss protection needs.
• Building rapport and understanding customer needs.
• Managing client records across multiple systems.
• Handling a high volume of outbound calls.
• Achieving daily and monthly performance targets.
• Delivering excellent customer service and compliant advice.
• Keeping up to date with product knowledge and market changes.
• Identifying opportunities to upsell additional products where appropriate.

What You'll Be Doing
