Job summary

Howden Life & Health in the UK is hiring a motivated Sales Advisor to call warm leads, build rapport, and assess protection needs. You will manage client records across multiple systems and contribute to a high-performing sales team from Cardiff.

This role delivers full training, ongoing support, and a clear path for progression. It operates in a hybrid setup with two days per week in Cardiff, and January 2027 as a start date.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service and compliant advice.
• Keep up to date with product knowledge and market changes.
• Identify opportunities to recommend additional products where appropriate.
