Job summary

Howden Life & Health is looking for ambitious and resilient individuals to join our Sales Team in Cardiff. No previous sales experience is required as we provide full training and ongoing support to help you build a successful career.

You will handle warm leads, build rapport with clients, and manage records across multiple systems while aiming to meet daily and monthly targets with a strong customer-service focus.

Qualifications

• Calling client-led enquiries (warm leads) to discuss protection needs.
• Building rapport and understanding customer needs.

• Keeping up to date with product knowledge and market changes.

What You'll Be Doing
