Jaguar Land Rover's Electric Propulsion Manufacturing Centre in Wolverhampton is seeking a Process Leader to guide Team Leaders and Associates, drive continuous improvement, and model our creators code values. You will own SQDCPE metrics, manage bottlenecks, report performance, and ensure operations follow GPS, QOS and SOS standards with a strong focus on safety and quality.

This front-line role requires leadership, data interpretation, and the ability to adapt to change in a high-volume

Qualifications

• Leadership and people-management experience in manufacturing.
• Strong data interpretation and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to drive continuous improvement and manage change.

Responsibilities

• Own SQDCPE metrics within the manufacturing area under direct control.
• Supervise and coach Team Leaders to achieve metrics.
• Drive constraint management and identify bottlenecks for improvement.
• Report shift performance and SQDCPE metrics daily/weekly/monthly.
• Ensure operations follow GPS, QOS, and SOS standards during all production stages.
