• Leading battery manufacturing operations across multiple production areas.
• Coaching and developing large production teams.
• Driving continuous improvement using lean and Six Sigma principles.

Responsibilities

• Oversee safe, efficient, high-quality battery production across key lines.
• Lead large operational teams and manage cross-functional collaboration.
• Monitor KPIs and drive actions for safety, quality, delivery and cost.
• Implement equipment introductions and process improvements with engineering and maintenance.
