Job summary

Jaguar Land Rover in Wolverhampton's EPMC is seeking a skilled Electrification Maintenance Lead to drive safe, reliable manufacturing across multiple lines. You will lead a team of TLs and IMTs, overseeing assets, history, and budgets in SAP, and report into a senior maintenance structure.

Qualifications

• Proven maintenance leadership experience within manufacturing.
• Strong people leadership, problem-solving and stakeholder communication skills.
• NVQ Level 3 (minimum) in Electrical or Mechanical discipline.
• Confident user of SAP and modern maintenance technologies.
• Experience with Lean systems, safety standards and compliance.

We have an opportunity for the right person to join our electrification maintenance team at the EPMC in Wolverhampton. You will be working a long side 4 other maintenance process leaders and will have a team TL's and IMT's reporting directly into you. This role will be aligned to one of the technologies within EDU/BATTERY. WHAT TO EXPECT In this role, you will take accountability for leading Electrification Maintenance performance across multiple production lines, developing and engaging your team.
