Propelr, a ground-up tech startup in proptech, is hiring a Business Development Manager in Greater London. You’ll lead full-cycle BD with estate agents, sign offices, and nurture relationships to ensure long-term adoption of Propelr.

You’ll own your pipeline, run in-person and virtual meetings, tailor pitches to brands, and collaborate with onboarding and account teams to close and expand opportunities across the UK.

• Own and manage your full sales funnel: identify prospects, qualify, pitch, close, and retain
• Build trust and credibility with estate agency leadership and front-line negotiators
• Run in-person and virtual meetings with estate agents, adapting your pitch to different personalities
• Tailor the Propelr proposition to the specific challenges and goals of each office or brand
• Work closely with onboarding and account management teams to ensure smooth handovers and long-term engagement
• Keep your CRM, pipeline, and priorities sharp and up to date - this is a self-managed role
• Hit your activity and deal targets with pace, precision, and strong follow-through
• Bring market feedback into the business to help refine our positioning, materials, and process
