Quickline is seeking a Propositions Manager to shape customer propositions and pricing, driving growth through commercial strategy and pricing discipline.

You will lead discovery and turn customer needs and market insights into strategic recommendations, working with Commercial, Product, Finance, Marketing and Regulatory teams to influence decisions and deliver measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience developing customer propositions or services, ideally in telecommunications or recurring-revenue environments.
• Ability to translate customer and market insights into strategic recommendations.
• Commercial mindset balancing customer needs with revenue and margins.
• Strong stakeholder relationship and influence skills.
• Confidence presenting recommendations to decision-makers.

Responsibilities

• Shape the propositions and pricing strategies that influence how Quickline grows, competes and wins in the market.
• Lead discovery and commercial thinking that turns customer needs and market opportunities into strategic recommendations.
• Work alongside senior stakeholders across Commercial, Product, Finance, Marketing and Regulatory teams to drive key business decisions.
