Job summary

Goodlord is seeking a Proposition Manager to lead the evolution of our Referencing proposition, shaping what tenant referencing looks like now and next. You’ll work at the intersection of strategy, customer insight and collaboration.

You’ll validate ideas through customer interviews, market research and data, build business cases and commercial models, and help define the strategic roadmap across Product, Marketing, Operations, Commercial and Compliance.

Qualifications

• Shaping products, propositions or customer journeys based on customer needs and business priorities.
• Using customer, market and competitor insight to identify opportunities and make evidence-based recommendations.
• Building business cases and assessing commercial opportunities, balancing customer value with business outcomes.
• Turning complex information into clear proposals that gain stakeholder buy-in.
• Working cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Commercial, Operations or Engineering teams to shape and deliver initiatives.
• Using qualitative and quantitative data to validate ideas, prioritise opportunities and measure success.
• Taking ideas from discovery through to recommendation, prioritisation and implementation.

Responsibilities

• Research and validate ideas through customer interviews, market research and data.
• Build understanding of customers, competitors and market trends to identify opportunities.
• Turn insights into recommendations, business cases and commercial models.
• Shape the strategic roadmap for the company Referencing, balancing customer needs with commercial outcomes.
• Assess proposition opportunities, revenue impact and long-term value.
• Facilitate workshops and cross-functional discussions to build alignment and move ideas forward.
• Work closely with Product, Operations, Marketing, Commercial and Compliance to evolve the referencing experience.
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve quality, speed, trust and customer experience.
