Boots is seeking a Healthcare Proposition Development Manager to shape innovative healthcare propositions and partnerships within Boots Health. You will lead cross‑functional collaboration to deliver customer‑centric solutions that drive growth and improve healthcare experiences.

The role involves shaping business cases, managing a direct report, and influencing senior stakeholders across Healthcare, Digital, Loyalty, Operations, Clinical, and Commercial teams.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in developing and delivering customer propositions within healthcare, retail, or digital.
• Experience leading cross‑functional projects from concept through to delivery.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence across multiple teams.
• Experience managing external partners and building collaborative relationships.
• Ability to build business cases and evaluate commercial opportunities.

What you'll be doing

As a Healthcare Proposition Development Manager at Boots, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our healthcare ecosystem. You will lead the development and delivery of innovative healthcare propositions that enhance customer experiences and drive growth for Boots Health. Collaborating with various internal teams and external partners, your work will directly impact the quality of healthcare services we provide.

• Experience in developing digital products or services that enhance customer experiences.
• Understanding of clinical governance considerations when developing healthcare services.
