Boots UK is looking for a Product Manager for Appointments & Healthcare Services in Nottingham. You will lead product development from concept to launch, shaping the digital experience for customers and colleagues in the healthcare sector.

Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will translate strategy into actionable plans, manage the backlog, and monitor product metrics to drive improvements. This 12-month fixed-term role offers opportunities for impact and growth within Boots.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Product Manager for Appointments & Healthcare Services at Boots, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the digital experience for our customers. You’ll lead product development from concept to launch, ensuring that our offerings meet both customer needs and business objectives. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will enhance the overall experience for both customers and colleagues, making a meaningful impact in the healthcare sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Own specific product features and drive them from concept to launch.
• Translate strategic objectives into actionable product plans.
• Prioritise features and enhancements in line with business goals and user needs.
• Refine and manage the product backlog to ensure the highest-value work is delivered.
