Job summary

Linxon in the United Kingdom is seeking an Associate Proposals Manager to join the proposal team. You will support end-to-end proposal activities from ITT receipt through submission, coordinating inputs from commercial, legal, finance and operations to deliver competitive tenders.

This role offers development in bid management, with opportunities to progress to senior roles while working on major engineering and infrastructure projects across power and transmission sectors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, Engineering, Project Management, or a related discipline.
• Understanding of proposal management principles and competitive tendering.
• Experience with governance frameworks would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support the end-to-end proposal process from receipt of the Invitation to Tender (ITT) through to submission and project handover.
• Review customer requirements to identify key deliverables, compliance requirements, risks, and opportunities.
• Develop and maintain proposal plans, submission schedules, compliance matrices, and proposal documentation to ensure deadlines are achieved.
• Coordinate inputs from operational, commercial, legal, and finance teams to support the proposal development.
• Assist in the preparation, formatting, and quality review of proposal submissions.
• Monitor progress and follow up on actions to ensure timely completion of deliverables.
• Ensure documentation is maintained accurately and stored in accordance with company procedures.
• Build effective working relationships with key stakeholders across the business.
