Job summary

Linxon is seeking a Proposals Engineer to support high-quality, compliant and commercially robust proposal submissions that drive growth. You will work with the Proposal team and cross-functional colleagues to coordinate activities and deliver competitive tenders within a dynamic engineering environment.

The role offers development in bid management and business development, with exposure to cross-functional collaboration and end-to-end proposal processes to support Linxon's strategic objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline (Business, Engineering, or Project Management).
• Understanding of proposal management principles and competitive tendering processes.
• Experience within structured processes and governance frameworks would be advantageous.
• Professional development or qualifications related to proposal management, project management, or commercial disciplines would be beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Support the end-to-end proposal process from ITT receipt to submission and handover.
• Review customer requirements to identify key deliverables, compliance needs, risks and opportunities.
• Develop and maintain proposal plans, submission schedules, compliance matrices and documentation.
• Coordinate inputs from operational, commercial, legal and finance teams to support proposal development.
• Assist in the preparation, formatting, and quality review of proposals.
• Monitor progress and follow up actions to ensure timely delivery of deliverables.
• Maintain documentation accurately and store according to company procedures.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the business.
