Your future duties and responsibilities:

The successful Proposal Manager will be involved in the creation, capture, and management of content into proposals which support strategic must-win bids and opportunities. This includes facilitating proposal creation, reviews, document management, and administrative support.

As a Proposal Manager, you will provide comprehensive proposal management support through industry and company standard methodologies, tools, and processes, playing an integral role in the bid team. You will manage the production of high-quality client deliverables that adhere to CGI standards and provide a competitive edge. You will work across various presales engagements with clients from diverse industry sectors. Your role will support our growth ambitions on target book to bill and aim to improve our win ratio by enhancing the quality of bid responses.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

As a Proposal Manager, you will work as an essential part of the bid team, reporting to the bid manager to deliver successful proposal responses. Key skills and experience include:

• Ability to work under pressure and meet demanding deadlines
• Experience in planning, producing, and delivering compliant proposals in complex business environments
• Scheduling and leading proposal meetings and storyboarding sessions
• Organizing time-critical activities
• Document reviews, proposal governance, and submission sign-off
• Responsibility for delivering completed proposals
• Strong, clear communication skills with attention to detail
• APMP accreditation is highly desirable
