Climate Arc (Arc) is a philanthropic organization working to accelerate corporate climate transitions by unlocking the trillions of dollars of private capital required to meet global goals. We ensure that financial decision makers have the tools, data, and skillsets needed to direct capital to the necessary solutions at speed and scale. Arc implements its strategy through grantmaking and proprietary products and programs delivered by our in-house capability.
We are seeking a proactive and strategic communicator to join our growing Development team in a newly created role. The Strategic Content & Funding Proposals Manager will be responsible for crafting high-quality, compelling funding proposals and external narratives that drive Climate Arc's strategic positioning and fundraising success. This role will translate complex technical ideas into clear, engaging content tailored to a range of audiences—from global philanthropic foundations to policy thought leaders.
You'll collaborate closely with our Program and Communications & Engagement teams to develop persuasive pitches, proposals, and thought leadership materials that translate Arc's mission and insights for key audiences and elevate the collective voice of the climate finance ecosystem to the benefit of all our partners. This is a dynamic role that blends strategic thinking, writing excellence, and a deep understanding of what motivates funders and external stakeholders.

For this role we can offer a remote first working option and are open to locations across the UK and Europe.
Depending on experience, location and demonstrated capability, the salary range for this role is £50,000-70,000. If the successful candidate is based outside of the UK, local benchmarking will be conducted to determine salary based on Arc's Reward Framework.
