Manage strategy, development, review, and submission of RFIs/RFPs, proposals, pitches, and discovery sessions in collaboration with business development leads across Europe and Middle East.
- Develop and sign off bids, proposals, and pitches.
- Maintain a content knowledge bank for Europe and Middle East.
- Engage with APMP and pursue certification.
- Apply UK best practices for bids and proposals.
- Build relationships with territory leads and teams.
- Manage pipeline and support pre-bid activities.
- Draft responses, ensure compliance, and manage documentation uploads.
- Prepare and support pitch presentations.
- Conduct post-award feedback.
- Develop proposal libraries and toolkits.
- Ensure brand and sign-off compliance.
- Support executive presentations.
- Strong communication, presentation, and writing skills.
- Experience working with subject matter experts and leadership.
