The Role – UK Proposals Manager

Manage strategy, development, review, and submission of RFIs/RFPs, proposals, pitches, and discovery sessions in collaboration with business development leads across Europe and Middle East.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and sign off bids, proposals, and pitches.
  • Maintain a content knowledge bank for Europe and Middle East.
  • Engage with APMP and pursue certification.
  • Apply UK best practices for bids and proposals.
  • Build relationships with territory leads and teams.
  • Manage pipeline and support pre-bid activities.
  • Draft responses, ensure compliance, and manage documentation uploads.
  • Prepare and support pitch presentations.
  • Conduct post-award feedback.
  • Develop proposal libraries and toolkits.
  • Ensure brand and sign-off compliance.
  • Support executive presentations.
