Job summary

Spectrum Geosurvey is seeking a proactive Proposal Coordinator to join our commercial team in Lymington. You will support the tender process from enquiry review through final submission, coordinating inputs from technical, operational and commercial teams.

Entry-level applicants are welcome, with training to develop your proposal-writing and document-control skills. A background in marine geophysics is essential to understand project context.

Qualifications

• Experience or study in marine geophysics.
• Strong written English with ability to present technical information clearly.
• Excellent organisation and ability to manage multiple tasks to deadlines.
• Attention to detail when checking requirements and documents.
• Willingness to collaborate across teams and communicate professionally.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Relevant degree, apprenticeship or equivalent in marine geophysics or related field.
• Entry-level candidates with strong writing and coordination skills are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Support the tender process from client enquiry review to final submission.
• Coordinate information from technical, operational, project, QHSE and commercial teams.
• Draft, edit, and format proposal content using approved information and templates.
• Maintain calendars, submission records and document control.
• Assist with tender portal uploads and preparation of supporting evidence.
• Maintain proposal templates and reference material.
• Contribute to presentations and marketing materials as required.
