Job summary

VitalSpace Estate Agents in Urmston, Manchester is seeking a dedicated sales consultant/viewing representative to support our sales department by conducting property viewings. You will handle enquiries with a positive attitude and help drive client service in a fast-paced environment.

This full-time role (40 hours) requires a valid UK driving licence, offers a generous commission structure with uncapped earnings, and includes 20 days of annual leave.

Qualifications

• Experience in estate agency and the ability to hit the ground running.
• Two years’ experience in a similar role is required.
• A good knowledge of South Manchester area is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Register tenant details and match them to available properties.
• Book property valuations and viewings.
• Welcome clients at properties and guide them through viewings.
• Provide accurate, helpful information about the property and surrounding area.
• Support the team in promoting the Vitalspace brand and delivering exceptional client service.
• Manage your own schedule efficiently, demonstrating excellent time management.
