The Role

We're looking for an experienced Property Valuer to join our thriving Burnley branch at Duckworths Estate Agents — part of the region's leading estate agency group.

What you'll bring :

• A minimum of 12 months’ experience conducting valuations in residential property sales
• A proven track record of winning instructions and delivering results
• Confidence in front of camera, with a passion for delivering standout marketing content
• Excellent rapport-building skills, you're natural with vendors and great at building trust
• A strong closer, skilled at securing business at the right fee
• Deep local knowledge of Burnley and surrounding areas
• A driven, self-motivated attitude with the ambition to progress

• Has extensive experience in estate agency, ideally at Senior Negotiator level or above.
• Is eager to take on a leadership role and progress into senior management.
• Thrives in a target driven, fast-paced environment and has a proactive, results-oriented mindset.
• Possesses strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Is passionate about delivering outstanding customer service and achieving success.
• Holds a full UK driving license and has access to a car.
