Join us as a Property Valuer at Thornley Groves

Thornley Groves, part of Lomond, the UK's leading network of lettings and estate agencies, is offering an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Property Valuer based in our Sale branch. This is a full-time, permanent position with an OTE of £32,000.

Role Responsibilities

• Assist the Sales Manager in acquiring and maintaining market share and achieving sales targets.
• Conduct property measure ups, take photographs, and produce brochures.
• Maintain awareness of your stock numbers and local market competition.
• Collaborate with the team to identify new business opportunities.
• Promote cross-selling of services across departments, especially Financial Services and Lettings.
• Negotiate sales to successful exchange and completion.
• Support the branch in meeting business plan targets.
• Develop an understanding of branch profit and loss.
