Join us as a Property Valuer at Thornley Groves Estate Agents

Welcome to Thornley Groves, part of Lomond, the UK's leading network of lettings and estate agencies. We have 10 offices and over 170 staff dedicated to helping clients buy, sell, and let property with local expertise.

We are offering a full-time, permanent position based in our Sale branch, with an OTE of £32,000. This role involves:

1. Assisting the Sales Manager in acquiring and maintaining significant market share
2. Conducting measure ups, photography, and brochure production
3. Monitoring your stock numbers and understanding local competition
4. Identifying new business opportunities with the team
5. Cross-selling services across departments, especially FS and Lettings
6. Negotiating sales through to exchange and completion
7. Supporting the Sales Manager in meeting branch targets
8. Understanding branch profit and loss
