Responsibilities:
  1. Generate new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and networking.
  2. Collaborate with the Marketing Department to ensure the success of valuation campaigns.
  3. Respond promptly to valuation leads and follow up until the valuation is booked.
  4. Advise potential clients on the local property market, conduct accurate valuations, and secure instructions.
  5. Market properties professionally through measurements, photography, brochures, and digital marketing.
  6. Monitor branch stock levels and local competition.
  7. Negotiate property sales to successful exchange and completion, achieving optimal outcomes for clients.
  8. Cross-sell additional services such as Financial Services and Property Management.
Requirements:
  1. At least 2 years of estate agency experience with proven valuation skills.
  2. Proven track record in securing instructions and closing sales.
  3. Ambitious and motivated, with aspirations for management roles.
  4. Self-motivated with strong organizational skills.
  5. Valid UK driving license and own vehicle are essential.
  6. Knowledge of the local property market is highly desirable.
  7. Enthusiasm for the property industry.
