Mitchells & Butler s – Property invites undergraduates in their penultimate year to join a 12-month Property Undergraduate Placement in Birmingham City Centre. The scheme provides hands-on exposure to building and estate management within our in-house Property team, with tailored development and real project experience across maintenance and development functions.

Two places are offered (one in Building Maintenance and one in Building Development).

Qualifikationen

• Penultimate year undergraduate status in Building Surveying, Quantity Surveying or Construction Management degree.
• On track to achieve a 2:1, with review of first-year grades.
