Pirelli UK Tyres Ltd is offering an undergraduate placement as a Property Assistant at the Burton on Trent site. You will produce and update survey drawings, assist with maintenance, and help manage small projects and contractor engagements.

The role requires knowledge of building construction and surveying, strong Microsoft Office skills, and the ability to work independently in a dynamic environment. A formal training programme may be provided.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of building construction and surveying to assist with drawings, specs and tender documents.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD/AutoCAD LT and Microsoft Office.
• Good keyboard skills and ability to work on own initiative in changing environments.

Responsabilités

• Produce and update survey drawings and general arrangement drawings for the site.
• Assist in routine and reactive property maintenance and service contracts.
• Assist in designing and budgeting for building works and small projects.
