Qualifications

• Penultimate year undergraduate from a RICS or CIOB approved Building Surveying, Quantity Surveying or Construction Management degree.
• On track to achieve at least a 2:1 degree and review of first-year grades.
• ABB grades at A level or above (or equivalent).
• Hold a full and valid UK driver’s licence.

Responsibilities

• Gain real insight into the professional environment of building, estate and property management in the hospitality sector.
• participate in rotations within the in-house Property department in Birmingham City Centre.
• Personalised programme catering to development needs with exposure to each function in the Property department.
• Work on live surveys and projects to enhance practical and technical skills.
