The position is aimed at degree students looking to gain hands-on construction management experience on live projects. You will support planning, coordination and supervision, working with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure on-time delivery and quality.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Construction Management, Construction Project Management, Civil Engineering or a closely related discipline.
• Demonstrates motivation to learn and develop professionally.
• Ability to prioritise multiple tasks and manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

• Support the Site Manager in day-to-day site operations and safety compliance.
• Monitor project progress, schedules, costs, and quality control.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors and stakeholders for effective communication.
• Maintain accurate site records including progress reports and safety logs.
• Participate in site meetings and help resolve issues or conflicts.
