Simplify Group in St Ives, Cambridgeshire is recruiting a Trainee Account Manager - Property on a 12 month fixed-term contract. We value solid administration and IT skills and offer the possibility of fully funded industry qualifications for the right person.

You will gather information on vacant and tenanted properties for LPA receivers, liaise with solicitors and lenders, and ensure compliance, delivering high-level service while progressing in a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Strong administrative skills and IT literacy with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to manage workload effectively under pressure.
• Interest in starting or developing a career in property and real estate.

Responsabilités

• Gather and compile information on vacant and tenanted properties for LPA receivers.
• Ensure compliance with SLAs and regulatory requirements across the portfolio.
• Liaise with solicitors, borrowers and tenants.
• Support property compliance, maintenance planning and reporting.
• Handle tenant notices, move-outs and deposits.
• Organise maintenance estimates and works.
