The role includes training at the Spicerhaart Learning & Development Centre, 30 days leave, and uncapped commission. It offers full-time hours and potential progression within the first year.

Qualifikationen

• Valid Full UK Driving Licence.
• Own vehicle with business-use insurance.
• Willingness to travel between Braintree and Harlow.

Aufgaben

• Manage portfolio across Braintree and Harlow (travel required).
• Booking and conducting property inspections.
• Negotiating tenancy extensions and/or renewals.
• Co-ordinating with contractors to manage maintenance/repair issues at properties.
• Deposit returns.
• Resolving rental arrears.
• Processing eviction requests.
• Ensuring properties meet health and safety standards.
• Building and maintaining relationships with landlords and tenants.
• Managing complaints.
• Completing inventory check-in/out procedures.
