Job summary

Network Rail London region seeks an administrative and technical support to a team of Chartered Surveyors, providing coordination across land acquisitions, disposals, leases and related matters.

You will build relationships with internal colleagues to ensure efficient delivery and contribute to safe working practices while developing knowledge toward Chartered Status in general practice surveying.

Qualifications

• Educated to A level or equivalent.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills required.
• Proactive, collaborative, and able to manage priorities.
• Strong negotiation ability and time management experience.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a professional, flexible environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and technical support to the Chartered Surveyors team.
• Contribute to the delivery of Property Services including acquisitions, disposals, leases and Landlord/Tenant matters.
• Develop relationships with internal colleagues to enable efficient delivery of client remit.
• Support the development and implementation of a safe working environment.
