Job summary

Awaze in the James of Wroxham studio is seeking a Property Assistant to safeguard cleanliness across a defined portfolio and ensure guest-ready standards. You’ll work closely with regional operations and trusted cleaning partners to uphold our brand promises.

The role involves delivering high cleaning standards, monitoring guest feedback, supporting property owners, analyzing performance data, and helping recruit and onboard cleaning partners to meet ongoing demand.

Qualifications

• Full, clean UK driving licence is required.
• Strong focus on quality, thoroughness, and accountability.
• Experience working with third-party suppliers or service partners.
• Confident using data and feedback to inform decisions and improvements.
• Proactive, hands-on and solution-oriented approach.

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver high cleaning standards across your assigned property portfolio.
• Collaborate with third-party cleaning teams to ensure quality, efficiency, and consistency.
• Monitor guest feedback and implement improvements to continuously enhance the guest experience.
• Partner with property owners to recommend and support property improvements.
• Analyse performance data to drive quality, cost, and process improvements.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing supply of cleaning partners to meet current and future demand.
