Job summary

Awaze is seeking a Property Assistant in Keswick to maintain exceptional cleaning standards across a defined portfolio. You will work with regional partners and third-party cleaners to ensure every property is guest-ready and aligned with brand expectations.

You’ll monitor feedback, drive improvements, and support owners with recommendations while using data to optimize quality and cost. This is a part-time, 30-hour role based in Keswick with flexible weekend coverage.

Qualifications

• Full, clean UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver high cleaning standards across your assigned property portfolio.
• Collaborate with third-party cleaning teams to ensure quality, efficiency, and consistency.
• Monitor guest feedback and implement improvements to continuously enhance the guest experience.
• Partner with property owners to recommend and support property improvements.
• Analyse performance data to drive quality, cost, and process improvements.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing supply of cleaning partners to meet current and future demand.
