Job summary

York Property Management is seeking a Cleaning Associate to maintain clean buildings, hallways, and vacant suites on a full-time, day shift. The role reports to the Manager of Resident Experience and collaborates with the Maintenance Technician to uphold cleanliness while complying with policies and local regulations.

Duties include exterior and interior upkeep, and preparing units for occupancy on a weekday schedule.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain exterior: water plants, pick up litter, salt sidewalks and shovel snow.
• Maintain interior: clean lobbies and common areas, discard debris, organize supplies, ensure hallways are clean.
• Clean units to be occupancy-ready: sweep, vacuum, mop, wash windows, bathrooms and appliances.
