We’ve got an exciting opportunity for a Property Assistant to join our regional operations team in Salcombe. In this role, you’ll take accountability for maintaining exceptional cleaning standards across a defined geographic patch, ensuring our holiday homes consistently deliver outstanding guest experiences.

Our managed service takes the stress away from letting out a holiday home — covering cleaning, maintenance and guest readiness — so our homeowners can relax knowing everything is taken care of. As Property Assistant, you’ll play a key role in making that promise a reality.

Your mission

As our new Property Assistant, your mission is to safeguard and elevate cleanliness standards across our portfolio in and around Salcombe. Working closely with our Regional Operations Manager and third-party cleaning partners, you’ll ensure every property is guest‑ready, meets our brand expectations, and reflects our commitment to delighting both owners and guests.

What you’ll be doing

• Own and deliver high cleaning standards across your assigned property portfolio

• Collaborate with third-party cleaning teams to ensure quality, efficiency, and consistency

• Monitor guest feedback and implement improvements to continuously enhance the guest experience

• Partner with property owners to recommend and support property improvements

• Analyse performance data to drive quality, cost, and process improvements

• Support the recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing supply of cleaning partners to meet current and future demand

Worth knowing

This position is full-time (35 hours) and permanent, and based out of our Salcombe office. The role involves driving to our properties in Devon, and so a full driving license is essential. We also are open 6 days a week, so flexibility to work on Saturdays is beneficial.
