The Role

The firm are seeking to hire a Property Solicitor, to be based in their Dunmow office, in Essex.

The Property department is one of the largest in the firm. They have a wealth of expertise and have an impressive client base.

You will deal with a broad caseload of commercial and residential property transactions, which will include purchase and sale of commercial property, landlord & tenant, investment, portfolio acquisition, commercial leases, refinancing, and conveyancing. Working alongside a highly experienced and very well-regarded Partner.

Requirements & Remuneration:

• You will be a Commercial Property Solicitor ideally with 3-6 years PQE
• Salary is negotiable depending on your experience (£60-70k)
• Hybrid working - 2 days a week in the Dunmow office, 3 at home
