Residential & Commercial Property Lawyer

The firm is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated lawyer to join their busy CQS-accredited property team in Salisbury. They handle high-quality conveyancing work, especially for clients seeking bespoke services.

The Role

The firm wants to hire a 4+ PQE Property Solicitor (residential and commercial) to work remotely. You will manage a caseload of residential and commercial property matters, including work for investors, HNW individuals, and general conveyancing transactions. The team is friendly, and you will benefit from an existing caseload and opportunities to develop your own client base. The firm supports flexible working, with remote work already established prior to COVID-19.

The Team

The team comprises over 20 employees, working closely with property investor clients and residential conveyancing colleagues.
