Job summary

HD Surveyors Ltd. is seeking a Permanent, Full-time Project Coordinator to support delivery within a professional property and construction consultancy.

You will assist from planning through construction to close-out, coordinating consultants and internal teams, monitoring budgets and progress, and supporting procurement and contract administration. The role requires a relevant degree and UK project management experience.

Qualifications

• UK project management experience is required.
• Understanding of project management principles and construction delivery.
• Familiarity with MS Office and standard project documentation.

Responsibilities

• Support projects from initial planning through construction, completion and close-out.
• Assist with procurement, risk management, reporting and programme monitoring.
• Coordinate consultants, contractors and internal project teams under senior guidance.
• Monitor budgets, programmes, actions and key deliverables.
• Assist with contract administration, change management and project documentation.
