Job description

Fresh is delighted to be recruiting for a Property Services Manager to join the Group.

The Property Services Manager will play a key role in overseeing the procurement, delivery, and performance of essential property support services across the Company's portfolio. This position is responsible for ensuring services are delivered safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with regulatory requirements, while supporting business objectives and enhancing the customer and student experience.

Leading across a diverse range of specialist service areas, including supplier onboarding, waste management, grounds maintenance, gym facilities, insurance claims administration, internet services, and pest control, the successful candidate will work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to drive operational excellence, maximise value for money, and champion continuous improvement.

Due to the natue of this role, there is the requirement for travel on a national basis.

About you:

We're looking for a proactive and organised Property Services professional with experience managing contractors, suppliers, and service delivery across a multi-site property or facilities environment. You'll be confident overseeing contracts, supplier performance, compliance requirements, and continuous improvement initiatives.

You build strong relationships, hold suppliers to account, and can manage multiple priorities while maintaining high standards of service, safety, and compliance. A good understanding of procurement, contract management, and operational service delivery is essential.

You'll also bring a customer-focused mindset, strong analytical skills, and an interest in sustainability and ESG performance. Most importantly, you're a self-starter who takes ownership, solves problems effectively, and is passionate about delivering high-quality services that enhance the customer experience.

Professional qualifications in Procurement, Contract Management, Energy Management, Facilities Management, or a related discipline would be advantageous, but are not essential. We're particularly interested in candidates who can demonstrate relevant experience, a track record of delivering results, and the ability to effectively manage services, suppliers, and stakeholder relationships.
