You will ensure safety, efficiency and regulatory compliance while supporting business objectives and enhancing the customer and student experience.

Qualifications

• Experience leading contractors and suppliers across a multi-site property or facilities environment.
• Strong procurement, contract management, and supplier performance oversight.
• Understanding of safety, compliance and ESG considerations in service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Oversee procurement, delivery and performance of property support services across the portfolio.
• Manage contracts, supplier onboarding, and contractor performance with a focus on value for money.
• Ensure services are delivered safely, compliantly, and in line with regulatory requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement and stakeholder engagement across internal and external partners.
