Job summary

Argyll Community Housing Association is advertising a permanent, full-time Property Services Officer role based on the Isle of Islay. The position is 35 hours per week with a salary of £35,899 - £41,942 and requires travel across the island by car, so a valid driving licence is essential.

The role focuses on delivering repairs and maintenance to our properties and assets in line with policy. The successful candidate will have a minimum of five years’ experience in construction or social housing,

Qualifications

• Three or more higher grades or a recognised construction trade qualification.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in construction or social housing environment.
• Membership of a professional or recognised trade body is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an effective repairs and maintenance service to properties and assets.
• Travel between locations on the island; a driving licence is essential.
