Qualifications
Relevant experience in property maintenance or similar role, ideally within a housing association.
Experience of carrying out property inspections and identifying necessary repairs.
Knowledge of health and safety and landlord compliance requirements.
Responsibilities
Support reactive repairs, void works, planned and cyclical maintenance.
Monitor contractors, ensuring quality of work and compliance with standards.
Work closely with residents, contractors, and colleagues to deliver services.
