Job summary

A community-focused housing association based in Glasgow seeks a motivated Maintenance Officer to support their day-to-day maintenance services. Qualifications

• Relevant experience in property maintenance or similar role, ideally within a housing association.
• Experience of carrying out property inspections and identifying necessary repairs.
• Knowledge of health and safety and landlord compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Support reactive repairs, void works, planned and cyclical maintenance.
• Monitor contractors, ensuring quality of work and compliance with standards.
• Work closely with residents, contractors, and colleagues to deliver services.
