Property Service Administrator
Location: Chessington - Office Based with residential parking
Employment Type: Full-Time - Monday to Friday 9:00am to 6:00pm


Salary: £25k to £27k plus benefits such as AXA health care, Rewards Gateway and 3% pension

What you will do day-to-day?


As a Property Service Administrator, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless booking experience for clients while managing essential data entry tasks.

  • Be the friendly first point of contact for client inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms.

  • Coordinate and schedule appointments aligning to client needs.

  • Send relevant documentation and reminders to clients.

  • Maintain clear and professional communication regarding services, pricing, and timelines.

  • Efficiently handle cancellations, reschedules, and last-minute changes.



  • Accurately input requests and client details onto the internal systems.

  • Upload and organise essential documents and reports.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and GDPR regulations in all data entry tasks.

  • Send finalised reports to clients.
