Simplify Group is looking for a Property Sales Progressor in St. Ives, Cambridgeshire. Salary is £28,237.00 plus bonus, with an OTE around £31,000.

You’ll join a busy team, handling property cases, updating clients and partners, and helping to keep transactions on track in a supportive office environment. Ideal candidates have experience in property, sales or customer service, a confident, team-focused approach, and proficient Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel.

Qualifications

• Experience in property, sales or customer service is required.
• Engaging personality and customer-focused mindset.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Excel and Office in a busy environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage own caseload of properties to a high standard.
• Liaise with clients, beneficiaries and partners and update progress on each transaction.
• Chase estate agents and mortgage offers and encourage timely actions.
• Provide troubleshooting and customer care to keep transactions smooth.
