Accent Group Limited in Peterborough seeks a Property Sales Progressor to coordinate transactions across new-build, resale, and shared ownership homes from reservation to exchange. You will work with customers, solicitors, and stakeholders to keep everything on track in a hybrid role.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a sales environment within the housing or property sector.
• Ability to take initiative and contact customers by phone to resolve queries and build trust.
• Strong organisational skills and multi-tasking with deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and stakeholder relationship-building.
• Knowledge of the conveyancing process is advantageous.
• Commitment to exceptional customer service and hitting targets.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with customers, solicitors and stakeholders to keep transactions on track across new-build, resale and shared ownership.
• Work closely with Sales Advisors and manage from reservation to exchange, ensuring smooth process flow.
