• Progress property sales from offer to exchange/completion.
• Liaise with buyers, sellers, solicitors and mortgage brokers.
• Monitor sales pipelines and chase outstanding information.
• Provide regular updates to clients and keep them informed.
• Maintain accurate records and update internal systems.
• Handle incoming calls in a professional manner.
• Provide general office administration and support to the team.
• Support colleagues with sales, lettings and related admin.
• Build strong relationships with clients and contacts.
